Delivery Details |

| Minimum delivery quantity - We have set a minimum order value of £14 (before delivery charge) to make sure that there is minimum waste of resources. Our delivery charges do not actually cover the whole despatch cost, which is surprisingly high due to the bulky nature of hairy stuff. Buying in multiples of 6 pots is the most efficient method, cheaper for you, the environment and us. |

Delivery charges – The special boxes we have had designed to deliver our Hairy pot plants in, each hold six plants. The most efficient use of resources is to always send out a full box, so we have tried to set up the delivery charges accordingly.

1 to 6 plants (one box)= £6.50
7 to 12 plants (two boxes)= £11
Add £4 per additional box, up to 6 boxes.
Add £3 per additional box for 7 boxes and more.
Extra charges are added for UK non mainland destinations (simply covering our extra costs)

| Delivery area - We can accept orders from overseas (payment in £ sterling) as well as from the UK, but we can only deliver goods to destinations in the United Kingdom (extra charges are applied to UK non mainland destinations such as Isle of Wight, N. Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man etc). |
| Delivery time - We will process your order as soon as we can. If you order by lunchtime (Monday to Thursday) with a bit of luck your plants could be sent out the same or the next day just let us know how quickly you would like your hairy plants released! To keep the time the plants are on the road to a minimum, we despatch from our nursery from Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays), for delivery to you from Tuesday to Friday. |

We do say to allow up to 14 days for delivery (unless you specify longer) but generally we can get them to you or your lucky family and friends much more quickly to suit you. We may even be able to organise a Monday or Saturday delivery, but this would be by special arrangement and incur additional cost to you. Do allow a few days extra if you are sending us a cheque rather than paying online to allow for postal delays and cheque clearance.

| Delivery to another address – Just enter the details of where you would like you box of hairiness sent in the delivery address section when prompted. We will still need your own name & home address to confirm the credit card details. |
Not at home – We will notify you of the expected delivery date of your order. If you are not able to take delivery of your order the carrier will leave a card giving instructions as to where the package can be picked up. If this happens please don’t leave it too long before collecting them, as the condition of the plants will now be your responsibility and they will need unpacking as soon as possible (especially in the summer).
Alternatively we have devised a handy note, available from us and signed by you, to put on your door (positioned so the driver can take it with him), detailing an alternative (close by) location to leave the package. This means that while the note is visible there is no package and when the package arrives there is no note. Click here for your copy.
For your security, please don't leave a note telling Mr Burglar you are out all day! Don't forget that the package is your responsibility once the driver has delivered the order, or has tried to deliver and notified you of where you can collect the package.

Multiple Deliveries
At the moment we can only deliver to one address for each order. If you need to send to more than one address, you will need to complete a separate order, we are sorry if this is a bit tedious but please don’t let it put you off!
