Sorrel, Red Veined

A useful perennial herb, it's leaves (in moderation!) adding zip to salads, stuffings, eggs and soups. Said to be a good appetite stimulant. Likes a good moist garden soil in sun or partial shade. Remove any flower spikes to encourage more leaf production.
