Verbena bonariensis
Verbena bonariensis is quite an unusual but very popular plant with small flower clusters held on wiry stems. Rose/lavender flower heads are produced in summer and autumn. Flower stems can reach 150cm and spreading 60cm. Flower stems can reach 150cm and spreading 60cm. A great plant for the mixed border, but will need some frost protection to survive the winter. Loves full sun and a well drained garden soil.
